# Bulutlan

> Bulutlan is a cloud platform built for SaaS companies. It is a brand of Ne Ekersen Bilişim A.Ş. and, as a reseller of RNG Technology, offers the Zadara Edge Cloud infrastructure under its own brand. Data stays in data centers in Türkiye, resources are billed by the hour, and the public cloud SLA is 99.9995%.

Bulutlan Edge Cloud offers more than 20 AWS-like cloud services, including virtual servers, GPU, managed Kubernetes, block, file and object storage, managed databases, networking, security and backup, from a 100% self-service panel. The Istanbul and Konya regions are active in Türkiye; according to our infrastructure partner RNG Technology, the data centers are Tier 3+ certified. Multi-tenancy (isolated projects, role-based access, MFA), Auto-Scale, an integrated L3/L7 Load Balancer and Terraform support are ready for SaaS workloads. Prices are monthly, in USD and exclude VAT; CPU and RAM of stopped servers are not charged.
