This notice explains, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law", known as KVKK), how we process your personal data as data controller.

2. Categories of personal data
- Identity: name and surname.
- Contact: e-mail address, phone number, country.
- Customer transactions: company name, company ID, cloud panel username, selected service, account type and region, intended use, contact form messages, support requests.
- Transaction security: Console password, sign-in and session records, two-factor authentication records, IP address, browser information, security logs.
- Finance: invoicing and payment details once a contract is concluded.
- Marketing: your commercial electronic message preferences, if you have consented.
- Professional experience: the CV and related information you share in a job application.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your personal data to:
- create your cloud account and conclude and perform the contract,
- verify your identity, run two-factor authentication and secure your account,
- manage requests, questions, support tickets and complaints,
- handle quotes, sales and invoicing,
- run information security processes and prevent fake signups and abuse,
- meet legal obligations and respond to competent authorities,
- send commercial electronic messages about our products, services and events, if you have consented,
- evaluate job applications.
4. Collection method and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact, newsletter and signup forms on our website, Bulutlan Console, e-mail, phone and strictly necessary cookies.
We process it on the following legal grounds set out in the Law:
- it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract,
- it is necessary for the data controller to meet a legal obligation,
- it is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right,
- it is necessary for the data controller's legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed,
- your explicit consent, where explicit consent is required.
Commercial electronic messages are sent based on the consent you give under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to:
- our infrastructure partner RNG Technology, to create your cloud account and deliver the service,
- suppliers we use for services such as hosting, e-mail delivery and accounting,
- competent public authorities and courts, on request.
Your personal data is transferred abroad only where the conditions for cross-border transfers set out in the Law are met. If you choose the Munich region in the cloud service, data in the resources you create there is hosted abroad by your choice.
6. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by applicable law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your rights
As a data subject under the Law, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties who received the data,
- object to a result against you that arises solely from analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Depending on its nature, your request is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
