Bulutlan is a cloud solutions platform and a brand of Ne Ekersen Bilişim A.Ş. It offers virtual servers, Kubernetes, storage, databases, networking and data protection on Zadara Edge Cloud, through our infrastructure partner RNG Technology. Our primary focus is companies running a SaaS business model.
Bulutlan is a reseller of RNG Technology. RNG Technology operates the infrastructure; Bulutlan offers the same service catalog under its own brand and handles the customer relationship, account processes, Bulutlan Console and support communication.
We offer three regions: İstanbul and Konya in Türkiye, and Munich in Germany. According to our infrastructure partner RNG Technology, the data centers in Türkiye are in different geographies and are Tier 3+ certified.
With Multi-Tenancy you can open an isolated cloud account (project) for each customer in one click, handle peak loads automatically with Auto-Scale and a Load Balancer, and build environments as code with Terraform. Resources are billed by the hour, and in Türkiye regions your data stays in Türkiye.
On the Get Started page, choose a service (Edge Cloud or Object Storage), an account type and a region, enter your details and verify your e-mail with the code we send. Your cloud account is then created on RNG Technology's infrastructure, and RNG sends your access details by e-mail.
Yes. On the Get Started page, choose the free trial (Demo) as your account type. Demo accounts run in the Konya region. The scope and limits of the trial are shared during signup.
When you sign in to Bulutlan Console, you see whether your account is being prepared, ready or has an error. Once it is ready, your Cloud Console link appears there too.
Bulutlan Console is where you manage your account status, profile and security settings. Cloud Console is the Edge Cloud interface where you manage servers, networks, storage and other cloud resources on a self-service basis. You reach Cloud Console through the link in Bulutlan Console.
The resources you use are billed by the hour, with no hidden costs. Monthly prices in the price list are based on 730 hours (24/7 use). The CPU and RAM cost of server profiles reflects only the hours they run.
CPU and RAM of stopped servers are not billed. Items such as disks, IP addresses and licenses continue to be billed at their monthly unit prices. That is why stopping servers you do not use outside business hours and on weekends lowers costs noticeably.
Prices are in USD, monthly and exclude VAT. You can see current prices on the Pricing page and an estimated monthly cost for your configuration in the Pricing Calculator.
For products configured to your needs, such as GPU, Kubernetes, private cloud or on-premises cloud, we prepare a quote. Choose Sales on the Contact page to talk to one of our experts.
When you choose the İstanbul or Konya region, your data is kept within Türkiye. Our infrastructure partner RNG Technology delivers its Edge Cloud services as fully KVKK compliant cloud infrastructure services.
Yes. Every time you sign in to Bulutlan Console, you enter a verification code sent to your e-mail in addition to your password. This step cannot be turned off.
With VPSA technology you can use storage dedicated to your business on the public cloud, isolated even at the physical layer, use your own SSL certificate and create your own key with AES-256. Edge Cloud also offers multi-factor authentication, role-based access control and immutable object storage.
Standard support is included free with every service: 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and support, response within up to 24 hours (best effort), phone, e-mail and remote sessions during business hours, and e-mail outside them. Premium adds 24/7 professional support with a response within 1 hour (best effort), including phone and remote sessions outside business hours. It costs 30% of the monthly total, minimum 100 USD.

Edge Cloud public cloud services come with a 99.9995% SLA. According to RNG Technology, hardware and software run with 1:1 redundancy; if a storage node goes down, service continues at the same performance after an interruption measured in seconds. See the SLA page for details.
