Purpose of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains in plain language how NE EKERSEN BİLİŞİM YAZILIM TARIM DANIŞMANLIK PAZARLAMA TİCARET VE ARGE ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the "Company"), which operates under the Bulutlan brand, handles information collected through its website, signup flow, Bulutlan Console and contact channels. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, e-mail, phone (optional), company (optional), topic and message.
- Newsletter: your e-mail address.
- Signup flow (Get Started): name, e-mail, phone, country, company name, company ID, cloud panel username, Console password, the service, account type and region you select, your intended use and your consent choices.
- Bulutlan Console: sign-in records, two-factor authentication events, session information, IP address and browser information.
- Support and communication: information you share by e-mail or phone.
- Technical logs: server and security logs kept to run the Site securely.
How we use it
- to create your cloud account and deliver the service,
- to verify your identity and protect your account,
- to respond to your requests, questions and support tickets,
- to handle quotes, contracts and billing,
- to prevent abuse, fake signups and security threats,
- to meet our legal obligations,
- to send newsletters and promotional messages, only if you have consented.
Customer content in cloud services
You control the data you upload to your cloud resources ("customer content"). As a rule, the customer is the data controller for that content; the Company and our infrastructure partner RNG Technology process it only as far as needed to deliver the service, handle your support request or meet a legal obligation.
Your region choice determines which data center holds your data. If you choose a Türkiye region (İstanbul, Konya), your data stays within Türkiye. If you choose the Munich region, the data is hosted abroad by your choice.
Who we share it with
- RNG Technology: the signup details needed to create your cloud account and deliver the service are shared with our infrastructure partner.
- Our service providers: suppliers for hosting, e-mail delivery and accounting, only as far as needed for that service.
- Authorities: competent public authorities and courts, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Security
- Two-factor authentication is required at every sign-in to Bulutlan Console.
- Connections to the Site and Console are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Sensitive connection details are stored encrypted and are accessible only to authorized people.
- Signup and contact forms are protected against automated abuse.
No system is entirely without risk. If we become aware of a security breach, we make the notifications required by law.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by applicable law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Cookies
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies: a language preference cookie and session and security cookies. No analytics or marketing cookies are used. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
You can find your rights regarding your personal data and how to exercise them in the KVKK Privacy Notice. You can withdraw your consent to commercial electronic messages at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version applies from the date it is published on the Site.
