www.bulutlan.com and its subdomains (the "Site") are operated by NE EKERSEN BİLİŞİM YAZILIM TARIM DANIŞMANLIK PAZARLAMA TİCARET VE ARGE ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the "Company", "Bulutlan"). Bulutlan is a brand of the Company.
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Site and of the Bulutlan Console sign-in screens reached through it. The use of cloud services is additionally governed by the Service Agreement and the related order documents. Where these Terms conflict with the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails for cloud services.
By visiting the Site or using its forms, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
When using the Site, you agree to:
You sign in to Bulutlan Console with the account created during signup, and two-factor authentication is required at every sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken through your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at info@bulutlan.com or 0 850 309 1 309.
The Bulutlan name and logo, the Site's design, texts and images belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the Company's written permission.
RNG Technology, Zadara, Microsoft, Fortinet, Veeam and other third-party brand and product names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated, mentioning these brands does not imply a partnership with their owners.
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. Those third parties are responsible for the content, privacy practices and availability of their websites.
The Site is provided "as is". The Company does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Service level commitments for cloud services are set out only in the Service Agreement and the SLA.
Your personal data is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. Cookies used on the Site are described in the Cookie Policy.
The Company may update these Terms. The current version applies from the date it is published on the Site. We announce significant changes on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes. Statutory rights of users acting as consumers are reserved.
