This notice explains, under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), how your personal data is processed when you use the Get Started application form on www.bulutlan.com. For general information, see the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.
In short: we use the details you enter in the form to review your application, contact you and, at your request, open your accounts. We do not use them to send newsletters or campaigns, and we never sell them.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity: name and surname.
- Contact: e-mail address, phone number.
- Customer transactions: company name, the services you select (Cloud, Object Storage), your pricing calculator configuration if you came from the calculator, the language and page of the application, the status of your application and our team's notes on it.
- Transaction security: a shortened IP address (stored with its last part removed), a short browser and operating system summary, the time of the application.
All form fields are required; without them we cannot review your application. The form does not ask for your national ID number, a password, payment details or special categories of personal data.
To prevent abuse of the form, short-lived application counters linked to your IP address and to the domain of your e-mail address are also kept.
3. Purposes
We process your personal data to:
- receive, record and review your application,
- contact you by phone or e-mail about your application, confirm that we have received it and pass it to the responsible team,
- prepare a service offer based on the services you select and your calculator configuration, if any,
- at your request, have your cloud account opened with our infrastructure partner RNG Technology, and open a Bulutlan Console account for your company by sending you an invitation e-mail,
- keep our systems secure, prevent automated or abusive submissions (such as bots or repeated applications in a short time) and check, with an automatic DNS lookup, that the domain of your e-mail address can receive e-mail.
4. Legal grounds
- Reviewing your application, contacting you, preparing an offer and opening your accounts at your request: KVKK Article 5/2-c, processing is necessary because it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract with you. Where you apply as an employee or representative of a company, this processing also relies on our legitimate interest in establishing a business relationship with that company (KVKK Article 5/2-f).
- Information security and abuse prevention: KVKK Article 5/2-f, processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Our legitimate interest is keeping the form and our systems secure and filtering out fake applications.
- Requests from competent authorities: to the extent necessary to meet our legal obligations (KVKK Article 5/2-ç).
None of this processing relies on your explicit consent, which is why the form has no consent checkbox.
5. Collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically, directly from you, when you fill in and submit the application form on www.bulutlan.com. The shortened IP address, the browser and operating system summary and the time of the application are recorded automatically when the form is submitted. If you came from the pricing calculator, your configuration is carried over to the form with the link.
6. Transfers
Only the staff responsible for applications can see your application. Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to:
- our infrastructure partner RNG Technology, at your request, limited to the details needed to open your cloud account,
- the suppliers we use for e-mail delivery, hosting and infrastructure, only as far as needed for that service,
- competent public authorities and courts, where the law requires it and to the extent requested.
Your personal data is transferred abroad only where the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK are met. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
7. Retention
- Applications that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted or anonymized within 1 year of the application date at the latest. The notification e-mails and correspondence about them are deleted within the same period.
- The shortened IP address and the browser and operating system summary are removed from the application record 6 months after the application date.
- The application counters kept to prevent abuse expire automatically within 24 hours at the latest.
- If your application leads to a customer relationship, the application record becomes part of your customer records and is kept for the term of the contract and the retention periods required by law, under the KVKK Privacy Notice.
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties who received the data,
- object to a result against you that arises solely from analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller:

- by registered e-mail (KEP) to neekersen@hs06.kep.tr,
- to info@bulutlan.com from the e-mail address you used in the application form or that is registered with us.
Please include the details listed in the Communiqué: your name and surname, Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality and passport or ID number), your residential or business address for notifications, your e-mail address and phone number if any, and the subject of your request.
Depending on its nature, your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest and, as a rule, free of charge. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your request is refused, you find our answer insufficient or we do not answer in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning our answer and in any case within 60 days of your request.
10. Changes
We update this notice when our purposes or methods of processing change. The current version applies from the date it is published on this page.
